Upon booking a party you agree to the following conditions:

 

1. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adults/guardian for the duration of the party.
2. We operate a 1:4 ratio. i.e 1 adult per 4 children.
3. Playalong Limited does not accept any responsibility for the supervision of children.
4. Adults/guardians accept that you are responsible for the behaviour and wellbeing of the children in their care and will always keep supervision.
5. The Whoosh Team supervise the play equipment and help maximise your child's enjoyment, however they are not a replacement for parental supervision.
6. Children must always wear socks.
7. Children are not permitted to climb the slide nor play at the entry and exit to the slide.
8. No food or drink not purchased at Whoosh is to be consumer on the premises, nor is food to be taken onto the play equipment.
9. The maximum age for a party is 10 years of age unless.
10. Adults/guardian should note that whilst every consideration is taken to ensure the safety of children and visitors, Playalong Ltd cannot be held responsible for any accidents which occur because of playing on the equipment.
11. In order to secure a party booking, a deposit is required (40% of the party). No confirmation of a party is given without a deposit being paid. 
12. The balance payment of the party must be received within 3 weeks before the party date.
13. If the party balance is not received then Whoosh are under no obligation to honour the booking.
14. Once your party has ended that is your session complete, you aren't allowed to stay and play on the frame.
15. Party duration is a maximum of 2 hours, no extensions allowed. 
16. All food is subject to availability and may be changed or substituted without prior notification. Food Allergy information available upon request.
17. No refunds will be issued for force majeure occasions.  
18. Playalong Limted (Whoosh) reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend a booking for any reason. We will advise you of any change.
19. By booking a party you also agree to comply with the Rules of Play.

20. Unfortunately, if you need to cancel you party your deposit is not refundable.

21. Need to make a change?
    1. We need 2 months notice before your party to move your party to an alternative date.
    2. Less than 2 months notice we will do our best to find an alternative date however if we can't refund any payments already made.
