 Rules of Play at Whoosh Play Centre

 

  1. Whoosh doesn’t accept responsibility for the supervision of children.  Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and wellbeing of the children in their care and must maintain supervision at all times.

  2. Whoosh Play Centre cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the premises.

  3. Only children under 11 years are permitted at Whoosh. Children over this age may play at the discretion of the manager. Age restrictions are in place in the soft-play zone - these are there for the safety and enjoyment of all children.

  4. Shoes must be removed before entering the play area.

  5. Socks must be worn at all times. Socks are available for purchase from the counter.

  6. Play is restricted to 2 hours during peak times.

  7. Nappy changing should be conducted in the toilet where changing equipment is provided. Please place nappies in the nappy bins provided.

  8. Clothes with ropes and cords must not be worn in the play area.

  9. No sharp objects may be taken into the play area.

  10. It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls and the system structure.

  11. No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken into the play area.

  12. It is forbidden to smoke or play with fire within the play area.

  13. In the interest of Health and Safety, please ensure that any food debris which fall on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible. Please report any spillages to a member of staff.  

  14. All accidents should be reported to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of reoccurrence. These will be logged and are an important part of ongoing safety audits.

  15. All damage to property either accidental or deliberate must be reported to a member of staff.

  16. For Health and Safety reasons, only food purchased at Whoosh Play Centre may be consumed on the premises.

The Whoosh Play Centre staff supervise the play equipment to help maximise your children's enjoyment from the play experience, they are not however a replacement for parental supervision. Parents/Guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children using the play centre, Whoosh Play Centre cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.
