Childminder Terms of Membership

Membership entitlement:

  • Discounted Entrance.
    • Monday - Friday during term time: 1st Child £2.50 and £2 per child thereafter, per visit.
    • Weekends and during school holidays: 1st Child £3.50 and £3 per child thereafter, per visit.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Whoosh reserves the right to change “Membership entitlement” without prior notification
  2. Whoosh reserves the right to retain, remove or cancel any membership if it is found that the member is abusing the terms and conditions.
  3. Members must complete the membership form and upon request provide proof of childminding.
  4. Membership is valid for 12 months from completion of the membership form. Upon completing 12 months the membership will cease and a new application must be completed.
  5. Membership is issued to named persons only and cannot be transferred.
  6. Membership has no redemetion value.
  7. Discounts will only be given to members on production of the membership number.
  8. Whoosh reserves the right to close part or all of the play centre without prior notification or compensation.
  9. No food or drink to be brought onto the premises
  10. Childminders are excluded from loyalty schemes and promotion event weeks.
  11. Entry entitles you to 2 hours of play. During busy periods you maybe asked to leave or pay entrance charges for a further 2 hours.
  12. From time to time Whoosh will contact you by email or text message to advise you of special offers, events or information that we feel you may find useful.
  13. Whoosh reserves the right to change any of its prices inline with market conditions, competition or any other factors without prior notice either in or out of its control.
